Visit and Research to Promote Cooperation | The Association President and Delegation Visit China Huaxi Enterprise Co., Ltd. for Exchange and Discussion

To further understand the current development of Shenzhen's low-altitude economy industrial chain and deepen industry, academia, research and application collaboration, on the morning of December 17, 2025, President Liu Zuxing of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Association for Low-altitude Economy and the delegation made a research visit at China Huaxi Enterprise Co., Ltd., located in Luban Building, Futian District. The two sides discussed the company's development, technical needs, industrial collaboration and industry trends. Gu Zhengkui, Deputy General Manager of China Huaxi; Yi Jia, Director and Trade Union Chairman of China Huaxi; and the Assistant General Manager of China Huaxi and other leaders attended the meeting.

I. China Huaxi’s Business and Technical Capabilities

China Huaxi Enterprise Co., Ltd. originated from the Southwest construction force converted from the military at the founding of the People's Republic of China and the main construction force directly under the Ministry of Construction during the national "Third Front" construction period. In 1980, it was invited to settle in Shenzhen, and in August 1982 it was registered in Shenzhen as a wholly state-owned construction enterprise with special-grade construction qualification, with registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It has been recognized as one of Shenzhen's first batch of headquarters enterprises and a large backbone enterprise of Guangdong Province, and ranks among the top enterprises in comprehensive competitiveness in Shenzhen's construction industry.

II. Infrastructure Needs and Research Cooperation

The Association introduced to the company the latest policy developments in Shenzhen's low-altitude economy and the Association's work plans in standard development, research projects, event organisation and resource matching. In response to the needs raised by China Huaxi Enterprise Co., Ltd. regarding technical research related to low-altitude infrastructure construction and the layout of overseas intelligent application industries, Association representatives gave preliminary suggestions and recorded follow-up matters. The two sides reached a consensus on subsequent strategic cooperation. This visit not only enhanced the Association's understanding of the actual conditions of businesses, but also collected valuable information for precisely serving member organisations and promoting the resolution of common industry problems.
